Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with Intellichat Digital. Website pricing is informational; refunds relate to invoiced seats confirmed by us in writing.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not accessed live sessions or downloadable cohort packs. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start, typically 50% of fees paid for unused seats.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 7 days of the event that triggers eligibility (for example, cancellation notice or documented service failure). Requests after a cohort ends are considered only for exceptional documented issues.

Conditions for full or partial refund

• Full: timely cancellation before the 14-day window and no material content access.
• Partial: later cancellation still before start, or mid-cohort withdrawal approved when we cancel a session without providing a makeup.
• No refund after completing more than half of live sessions, except where we cancel the remainder without substitute.

Non-refundable items

Third-party tool licenses, custom dataset preparation fees already incurred, and completed private facilitation days for Audit Studio are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@intellichat.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Intellichat Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Hong Kong law that cannot be waived remain available. Force majeure events may delay delivery; we will offer rescheduling before refunds when reasonable.
